We do restore implants and would work closely with a periodontist or oral surgeon who would surgically place the implant first.
The dentist restores your mouth with an implant in two phases and the entire process can take around 3-9 months. It could take even longer if you have an extraction that has to heal, or if you needed bone grafting before the dentist placed the implant.
